This original California Craftsman was built
in 1911,
and is one of the oldest remaining original
homes built in the
Hollywood Entertainment District.
In that new and exciting era of our past, location was just
as important back then, as it is today!
We can only imagine how proud the original,
priviledged, owners must have been

And we hope that we have somehow made them
proud once again.
It's fun to imagine their excitement -
Seeing their dream home of 1911 - beautifully restored
to
include all the upgrades and expectations of the 21st Century.

Both of our vacation homes are on Dix Street. Named for 1920's actor Richard Dix.
This home, along with the remaining film studio bungalows, are
some of the closest, and original homes remaining in the Heart of Hollywood.
